Though there are currently a lot of talks on the burst of the tech bubble, Bristol University’s Computer Science Department has taken the term “tech bubble” to a new direction.
Dr. Sriram Subramaniam , explains that his
chrono-sensory mid-air display system
is a new and exciting means of displaying and distributing information. The basis being, to project images on to the bubbles which when burst leave a lasting scent. For him it is a new step in the direction on human-computer interface and could be very profitable in the future.

But his bubbles deliver short-term messages which disappear when popped leaving behind a scent.
