Black hat forums were packed with discussion around a new Google Sandbox.
The Google sandbox dates back to 2004, where new sites would sit in a hold pattern; a sandbox, until the time Google thought they should come out, play with other kids, and begin to rank.
Lately, it seems like more and more black hat SEOs are talking about this. It was discovered a couple of weeks ago, and lately has many threads around the topic.
Much more black hat SEOs claim that the sandbox is back. This is what some read:
“Sites get stuck at page 2-5 and don’t move for a long time no matter what you do. I have also experienced the same thing on my new sites. No matter how many high PR links with good metrics I throw at the sites. They don’t respond at all.”
“Is this version 2.0 of the Google Sandbox?”
This is something black hat SEOs expect, and you never know they could just be right! Even though the site being stuck, is not the kind of speed black hat SEOs would expect.
