Am I dehydrated? How would I know?
This question ponders us to think about the quantity of water we intake on daily base.
Sometime we drink too much water as per required by the body. According to the widely collected data published the associated by 2013 “ we drink 58 gallons (220L) per year and 21/2 (0.6L) glass of water per day weigh more than 90%. As long we drink more water over the body system balance itself, but what happened when we are not drinking much amount that required by the body?
The cells in our body regulate our body temperature by respiration, make mouth lubricant saliva and other lubricant that transport proteins ,carbohydrates and other minerals throughout over the body with the help of water. The human body contains 75% of water different organ contains different percentages of water as brain contains 73%, skin contains 64% and kidney and muscles contain 79% more than other part of the body and bones only 31% of water. We can survive hardly weeks without food, but without water we can survive only a few hours. It is important to drink water when we feel thirsty. In journal of applied physiology

The mild dehydration about 1.5% can lead to dropping the focus, altertness, and short term memory loss and also defectively affects the subjective mode code. The dehydration leads to obesity, high blood pressure that increased the high choestrol level in the blood so heart takes more time to pump up the profound blood. If you are worried about the dehydration just you have to pay attention to your food you intake and amount of sweating of the body. The sweat allows the body to calm and dehydration warms the body temperature. Drinking water on an empty stomach, take 120 min to complete digest the food intake. The right sum of water keeps your body cool and active.
